“The clothers do not seem to be as good as they use to be. Old fashioned style and not very good material. I have been buying Wistles for over twenty years but I am getting very dissappointed. The summer dresses arew really boring compared to Cos and Massimo Dutti. Its such a shame but something has changed . i noticed that they are nwio at TKMaxx this is not good.”

“I didn't recieve my order it was a nightmare to get through to customer service, eventually via a virtual assistant I was promised my refund within 3-5 working days. That was on the 5th June snd I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED VMY REFUND OR GOODS. I would not recommend whistles to anyone”

“I ordered the shorts and blouse to match, Whistles canceled the blouse order (out of stock) but you still sent the shorts! They are useless to me without the blouse, but it was going to cost me more to send the shorts back. Not happy🥴”

“I have purchased all 4 jackets in the current colours ! They are very well made, quality of the fabric is very good . However I think the price is a little steep ! I have always managed to purchase and get 20%off with makes it affordable”

“The service from Whistles was excellent. Great staff, welcoming and friendly. Loved the trousers, they were soft and good quality. Sadly had to return them, I am tall with long legs, I needed these cropped trousers to be slightly longer. Whistles only do petite or regular, I needed these cropped long.”

“I love Whistles because I like the quality of the clothes and I can find something different from other shops. I'm a largely smart casual outfit person but the great trousers and tops and T-shirts suit me perfectly. When I need a lovely dress I can find something to suit too! One of the most important things for me is that there's a large petite range, finding good quality petite clothes that are done properly so everything is in proportion (sleeves, dress or trouser length, placement of waists or rises in trousers etc.is so difficult.”
