“I would have given 5 stars however I had a frustrating few weeks with an order that didn't show up. Eventually with MUCH help from staff at the new branch in Leicester and a Regional manager organising a refund £185 4 weeks after I placed the order, I am a happy customer again. (Customer service phoneline was useless and chat bot equally unhelpful)”

“I’ve always been happy with Whistles in the past - good quality, style etc… I know it’s a busy time of year but no excuse for zero customer service! I would review if I had received the order. Im still waiting - over 2 weeks now - for my delivery. I can’t get in touch with customer service at Whistles or Evri, the contents were supposed to ge for my daughter birthday on 30 November and no one will contact me after numerous attempts to find out what has happened or where my order is . Beyond disappointed and frustrated.”
