Whistles is a well known High Street store which sells clothes and accessiries of the highest standsrd in the market place.

Good communication, am surprised at how neither skirt nor shoes fitted! Waiting on the bag, hopefully it'll arrive soon and one of the three items that is good to keep!

Poor customer service. Clearly, something is happening, but no update why parcel is delayed. Reached out via Live Chat, email and phone. Unable to get answers.

Next day postage paid but due to high levels of orders they apologised for the late delivery . It arrived after 5 -6 days . A promise of being credited with the postage did not happen

I haven’t bought anything from whistles in a while because a previous purchase felt cheap and got baggy very quickly, hoping for an improvement. I wouldn’t buy anything online from them again.

Staff in shop in Farnham were so helpful re colour and told be I could buy blue pair on line as they did not stock blue, only black.
