Tried to return a faulty item in store but was told by two members of staff that I needed the receipt that came with the original parcel, which I no longer have because I was intending to keep them. Told there is nothing they can do which seems bizarre as I have proof of purchase with my order confirmation. I sent an email to customer services and received a generic, automated email about returns that doesn't help my issue of not having the receipt anymore. Online chat was the only saving grace and resolved the issue in two minutes and confirmed the store should have been able to process the return. Pretty bad brand experience so far, online, in store, the product have all been rubbish.

Whistles have messed up my returns big time. I ordered three sizes of these trousers to try, kept the size 10, returned the size 12 and 14, but have only been refunded for the size 14. I've contacted Whistles about this multiple times and they STILL haven't responded! They owe me £65!

Poor - the dress wasn’t delivered to the store. I reviewed an email to say it would be late, after it was already late. And I didn’t get a response to my email asking for estimated timeline of delivery as I needed to know as it was intended for a funeral.

I cannot recommend this as you used Evri to deliver it. They never did, but dumped it elsewhere. They refuse to accept responsibility. I have wasted my money and would not recommend Whistles unless you can actually buy goods in their shops.

8 days after placing my order and 8 days after my credit card was debited, I’m still waiting for my Whistles items to leave the warehouse - they haven’t even been dispatched yet. What’s going on with your service Whistles - this is really poor - not your usual standard at all!
