Poor customer service. Clearly, something is happening, but no update why parcel is delayed. Reached out via Live Chat, email and phone. Unable to get answers.

This skirt never arrived. I emailed Whistled about it and was told someone would get back to my email but they never did. I've tried calling their customer line but it closes at 1pm and I keep missing it because I'm in work. The skirt has since been in the sale and now the sale has ended. I asked if I could have the skirt at the sale price if it ever arrives, again no one responded.

I ordered this in two sizes during the Black Friday sale, only to receive two separate emails, each relating to one of the jumpers, saying that my order had been cancelled. A refund was issued for both, but I can't review the jumper as I never received it!

I wanted to exchange in store for a smaller size but as I ordered on line I had to return the jacket but I was not refunded immediately and I am still waiting for the refund. And I had to purchase the item a second time. Extremely disappointed to wait so many days for a refund and to have to purchase again for another size.

Luckily I managed to get the item from Next but such a shame about your customer service and took me over an hour and half trying to call and kept getting cut off.

Tried to return a faulty item in store but was told by two members of staff that I needed the receipt that came with the original parcel, which I no longer have because I was intending to keep them. Told there is nothing they can do which seems bizarre as I have proof of purchase with my order confirmation. I sent an email to customer services and received a generic, automated email about returns that doesn't help my issue of not having the receipt anymore. Online chat was the only saving grace and resolved the issue in two minutes and confirmed the store should have been able to process the return. Pretty bad brand experience so far, online, in store, the product have all been rubbish.

Whistles have messed up my returns big time. I ordered three sizes of these trousers to try, kept the size 10, returned the size 12 and 14, but have only been refunded for the size 14. I've contacted Whistles about this multiple times and they STILL haven't responded! They owe me £65!
