Bad experience - I've contacted customer services several times as my order hasn't been delivered. Three weeks later I'm still waiting as they've said its 'in transit' - who knows where. Very unhappy customer.

Very dissapointed in the sizing in Whistles Jeans as a person who struggles to find Jeans that fit normally. Also, very disppointed that you have to pay if you wish to return your parcel by parcel collect

I think I received the skirt returned by the previous customer who complained about the poor condition! Skirt is nice but you need to improve packaging to avoid extreme creasing in this item. I kept the skirt but am still waiting after 2 weeks to have the sale price match and professional cleaning refunded to me. Extremely slow customer service. Whistles, you need to do better.

I’ve always been happy with Whistles in the past - good quality, style etc… I know it’s a busy time of year but no excuse for zero customer service! I would review if I had received the order. Im still waiting - over 2 weeks now - for my delivery. I can’t get in touch with customer service at Whistles or Evri, the contents were supposed to ge for my daughter birthday on 30 November and no one will contact me after numerous attempts to find out what has happened or where my order is . Beyond disappointed and frustrated.

Rating given because bag arrived damaged. Very careless online customer service. I usually love Whistles bags when purchased in-store where quality control is obviously higher.

Very poor customer service. I returned both jackets but they only refunded me for one. I have contacted customer services twice via their online contact form but have heard nothing back. The jackets were £135 so i am really annoyed that no one has made contact and the money has not benn refunded.
