“Amazing quality dress .. only 4 stars due to a poor service initially from whistles regarding next day delivery which they didn’t honour . I returned the dress for this reason and am still waiting for my refund 2 weeks on . Live chat .. well put it this way , I’m still waiting for an advisor to become available !! Phone lines , forget it on a Friday , you get cut off. Not great !!”

“The sandals you sent me were not new, dirty soles top and bottom,scuffed the packaging was disgusting straps were open screwed up tissue in the bottom, needless to say I sent them back and would never order from you again, I did explain all this on my invoice in the package,with not a word of apology from yourselves.”

“I ordered this jumpsuit on the 9th July. The money was taken out of my account. I have waited and waited for it to be delivered to the Harrogate shop. The shop tried to find out the whereabouts and it took me trying the chat then ringing the main number and hanging on for 13 minutes to find out it was sold out. Very poor customer service! Hopefully my refund will appear.”
