“Ordered 4 July and paid for. Didn’t arrive at courier and still not arrived. Very poor response from Whistles. Tried to get a response on at least 3 occasions. Refund finally paid 21 July. Shan’t order on line again.”

“Never received the item. Not sure how to get my money back. My size was not available in store and so they ordered it online from the store for home delivery 2 and a half weeks ago. No emails/messages with any updates. Tried contacting whistles via chat and email. No response. The shop staff advised me that they cannot help with orders that they place online for customers. Will buy Whistles items from John Lewis in future, like I always have.”

“These t-shirts fit perfectly and they don't lose their shape when washed. I bought one from a different franchise and was so impressed with the quality I have purchased several more. Originally I was looking for a good basic t-shirt that could be worn with multiple outfits as a core wardrobe piece of clothing. They have not disappointed me with their craftsmanship and the quality of both materials or design. Excellent garment.”

“Good quality and always a safe bet when I'm in need! Would like to see some more adventurous dress designs though...I found my "grown-up" style in Whistles (in the mid 2000's it was great) but I'm starting to think they've grown a bit too old and too safe...”

“Whistles have an exptremly bad click and collect service. Its been 17 days since I made my click and collect order , which should have taken 4-5 days. I have been to the covent garden store atleast 4 times now. The staff have no idea where my order is. I have received a 'it has been delivered' message from DX delivery but the store staff has not been able to find my order. Extremly Poor Service. I will need to get my credit card company to recover my money.”
