I ordered this in the sale. It arrived but had a hole in the neck and was badly wrapped- looked as though it had been returned and sent straight out again.

Beautiful coat just what I was looking for. Colour, cut and fit perfect. I’m normally a size 8 but got the size 4 coat as oversized style. Goes with formal or casual wear. Delivery was quick and well packaged and protected

The blouse I received was a complete creased mess,I had to take it to a dry cleaners to take out creases then it was beautiful. Hangs on my body really well,fit is perfect. But if this is an example of what is sent out I won't be ordering again,and if I'd paid full price I would have returned immediately.

Great skirt, was a little big which could have worked by wearing lower on hips. However as the skirt was folded into the smallest package and placed into only what i can describe as an envelope, it was so creased. The envelope packaging is not suitable for your garments….the end was torn and the skirt was wet when it arrived.

Delivery was great, but packaging was awful,coat was wrapped in badly torn paper and tape. Not great first impressions. Being in a plastic bag the coat did smell. Wrong on my part I should have checked website. About not getting postage refunded. This would put me off purchasing again
