“Like shopping at Whistles. The parcels are always shipped quickly and I receive updates the whole way through the process. Returns, when necessary, are also very straightforward and easy. They also have a lovely selection of clothes - very hard not to purchase everything!!”

“I returned this t shirt and because it wasn’t as described I asked for my p&p to re refunded. I have been told by different advisors that this has been processed on 2 different days and I’m still waiting - very poor customer service, I shouldn’t have to be chasing this.”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago. I only received one (the ballet flats) and can’t get an update on second pair. Ballet flats were nice but too small. I’m quite unhappy with the customer service!”

“I'm surprised you are asking me to review an order that hasn't even arrived yet. I ordered the khaki jumpsuit 3 weeks ago, my credit card was debited the same and the jumpsuit hasn't been delivered.”
