“Ordered two dresses and one item which came was not even a dress, it was a top, although it had the dress tag on it! Returned them both and the correct item was refunded straightaway but no mention of the other wrong item. An email I sent explaining just generated a general AI response if edit 14(!) working days to see if refunded! Erm, nope not doing that - nearly 3 weeks to see if they might refund. Strongly worded reply and threat to report to trading standards got a better response, although we’ll see how long the refund actually takes. Won’t shop here again”

“I ordered a size 18 - should have ordered a size 16 but I'm fine with it. The quality is lovely and if it's a little large - better that than too small. Love the feel and it's so comforting to wear.”

“I sent the barrel leg trousers back for a refund. They recieved the parcel on 1st July. I have still not had the money refunded. I have emailed customer services but haven't had a reply. They don't answer the phone despite hanging on for many minutes. Altogether very poor and unacceptable service.”

“My parcel never arrived. I had communication to say it was due for delivery next day. It didn't arrive. I checked tracking which said it was being returned to sender! There was with no attempt to deliver. It was several items. Online bot unavailable. Couldn't keep waiting. It seems I have paid and received nothing! Impossible to speak to anyone. Appalling service which may be Evri's fault - I don't know. Whistles not open to explanation/communication.”
