“I opened the package and noticed a hole on one sleeve and a ladder in the material of other sleeve, low score is for dress, but whistles were quick & good at return process and providing refund”

“The Fern jacket is wonderful.. the quilted lining makes it warm but not suffocating and it’s definitely waterproof- just caught in a downpour! Lovely shape too. Also would like to thank the staff in the Kingston shop for their amazing customer service. Excellent.”

“I have purchased from Whistles before, the website is easy to navigate i can't comment on the Customer Service as I've not had any problems... I have returned one iteam (dress) so will bev nteresting too see how long the refund takes...”

“I was disappointed with the colour of the jumper, online the garment was described as pink but when I opened the package the jumper looked brown. The quality of the jumper was very good, just not a good colour.”

“Very nice dress although the actual colours are brighter on-line. I returned because I ordered a size too small for me and it was also quite long so I returned the dress because I didn't want to pay to have it shortened on top of the purchase price.”
