Pathetic after sales service. I bought 2 Alexander James cabinets at £230 each. 1 cabinet had a missing floor stud, rendering it unstable and dangerous. I returned to the warehouse to be told that no small parts were kept and was then advised to go to Screwfix. I complained to customer services and your David Law apologised and contradicted the advice I was given, claiming that spare parts are indeed kept for such eventualities. He offered me a miserly £25 off my next purchase which I said was unacceptable in view of the energy, time and frustration I had endured. I asked for a partial refund on my credit card as I would not be coming back to your showroon. He blatantly refused to accede to this reasonable request. I have already explained this ridiculous scenario in Google review.

I have always found it to a great experience shopping with wholesale domestic. I install atleast two bathrooms a month and they are always from wholesale not only are the sales team great and knowledgeable if I have had a damaged or faulty item their customer service staff have always resolved it for me .

The member of staff who served us was friendly. However our experience at the warehouse collection was hopeless. We waited the best part of an hour. Went back in to see why we were still waiting to be told our order had been picked 20 minutes ago so she would go chase up. Member of staff eventually came out with our trolley of goods. The road is so full of potholes that 2 smaller items fell off. There was not as much as an apology from the member of staff or a suggestion to check what had fallen was damaged. We checked ourselves and it wasn't but not the point. The whole collection experience was very poor.

I bought My splash back boards from you the first 4 where damaged and we phoned you and you sent another 4 right away I was very impressed that you responded very quickly and that 4 was damaged and once again you acted very quickly and sent another 4 and these where fine I will use you again if I need anything I will recommend your firm it was the courier that damaged the boards so I would like to say thank you for your quick response

Very disappointed in the level of customer after care. The bath had a few ridges which the plumber pointed out to us but they weren’t bad and the shower screen sits on top. The hose part of the bath taps had sheared off. The toilet side of the combined vanity unit was chipped. And the shower came with no instructions. I phoned to report all of this and got a very sympathetic hearing from the female on the phone. She told me to return the damaged tap and that compensation could be discussed then. I drove back to Hillington which is a round trip of over 40 miles. The tap was replaced but the woman at the counter said she would have to speak to her manager. This she did in full sight of myself, the manager is still to even acknowledge my presence or speak to me. The assistant returned and told me I would not be gettting anything by way of compensation, not even for fuel for my forced return to your premises. Our plumber had managed to disguise the chips on the unit and had installed it, which at least gave us use of the toilet but the assistant told me we should have returned it within 48 hrs to get a replacement. God only knows what we were meant to do in the intervening period or if you didn’t have a replacement in stock! We had originally chosen a different unit which was meant to be picked up and fitted in April but we’re constantly told it wasn’t in stock but should be in at another given date. It never was and we ended up picking another unit so that we could get the job done. Overall, a very disappointing experience and despite having purchased from you in the past we certainly will not do so again. I will not recommend you to any family or friends and indeed will discourage them from using you given our bad experience with your company.

Hi Valerie, Firstly, please accept our apologies for the quality issues and poor service you experienced. Occasionally items can be damaged in transport, and if the packaging is still in good condition then this doesn't become clear until it's in the customer's home. We very much understand how disappointing this must have been, and as you experienced when you gave us a call, we are focussed on putting things right when they go wrong. I recently purchased a full bathroom suite from Wholesale Domestic, Glasgow. WD is an excellent place to shop for all your bathroom needs. The staff is brilliant and always available to help and advice whether its in the showroom or over the phone. The price is reasonable and the products are well made. Hassle-free returns and exchanges if need be. Highly recommended

Thank you for the excellent customer service provided by Trish at the Hillington store who helped trace my £100 credit note which had been lost when the system changed from old to new. While I wasn't able to use it on the day of purchase unfortunately I will be back in the future. I purchased on the Sunday and Trish asked me to phone her on the Monday so she could try to correct this error and I'm very pleased she did.

Plenty of help choosing our toilet and sink with units. Quick delivery and good communication at all times. Toilet pan had a slight flaw but was replaced and delivered quickly.

Very disappointed. Ordered a white toilet. Was away when Oliver fitted it. Came back to find it’s a grey toilet! Won’t shop there again!!!
