“Visited the store at Hillington and purchased a cloakroom cabinet, picked it up 15 minutes later a the warehouse. First class service from the Staff in-store and swift service from the warehose. Great Company to deal with and excellent quality products. I won't hesitate to shop with them again.”

“No problem with the quality of goods I received or prompt despatch. The only thing is I didn't get notice of when it was going to arrive it just appeared on my doorstep without warning, if it wasn't for the kindness of the delivery driver I would have been snookered getting it inside the house.”

“Beautiful display in showroom.After installed different story. Products are not worth the money after a few weeks both my units warped even though no condestation or water where its warped at.Very dissapointed.Recieved one replacement unit after arguing with company,but two was damaged . Won't shop here again.”

“Visited the local store. Had a good look at the great selection of mirrors. Received helpful advice. Ordered a mirror with built-in Bluetooth for playing music. Pickup two days later. Couldn't have asked for more.”

“Pathetic after sales service. I bought 2 Alexander James cabinets at £230 each. 1 cabinet had a missing floor stud, rendering it unstable and dangerous. I returned to the warehouse to be told that no small parts were kept and was then advised to go to Screwfix. I complained to customer services and your David Law apologised and contradicted the advice I was given, claiming that spare parts are indeed kept for such eventualities. He offered me a miserly £25 off my next purchase which I said was unacceptable in view of the energy, time and frustration I had endured. I asked for a partial refund on my credit card as I would not be coming back to your showroon. He blatantly refused to accede to this reasonable request. I have already explained this ridiculous scenario in Google review.”

“I have always found it to a great experience shopping with wholesale domestic. I install atleast two bathrooms a month and they are always from wholesale not only are the sales team great and knowledgeable if I have had a damaged or faulty item their customer service staff have always resolved it for me .”
