“Paid for items and was firstly not told they where being delivered when I was not expecting it. Arranged for day I was only to find out the delivery was not scheduled despite being assured it would be with me by 2 members of staff. It was scheduled to be delivered on a completely different day and one I was not available. When threatened to cancel order I received it and given store credit. Not great customer service from them or the courier they use.”

“After ordering my units I decided to swap a tall boy for a mirrored cabinet. Measured the space to 1m and single units were either 600/800 so decided to go for 2x500 for fill the gap. After 3 attempts and staff ensuring me they were the 500 units and me and the installer measuring them numerous times I saw they only measured 460. Why I ask is it advertised as a 500 unit when it’s clearly 40mm shy?? Obviously on further in depth reading we noticed the description said it measured 460… my question why call it a 500 unit when it should be called a 460 unit?? All other units measure 3mm difference with their advertised size. I gave up and went to IKEA!! And now have a lovely unit that fits perfectly”

“As a tradesman I received a great service on the item I needed replaced. Next day delivery. However my client who had ordered a lot of the materials themselves received a bad service on after care and has found it very difficult to deal with issues.”

“Five star company, used them last year for our upstairs bathroom and was very happy with the products and service, now in the process of a full fit of our downstairs bathroom and en-suite, had a couple of problems with the kit I’d ordered, my mistake not theirs, they were so helpful with finding the proper kit and swapping over of parts, can’t fault their service or products. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“Wholesale Domestic provided an excellent service, with 1 exception - which appears to be a result of your website not being updated quickly enough. As part of my bathroom refit, the Multipanel panels I ordered (and after submitting the order) weren't available in the sizes I requested - even though your website said they were available. It transpired that they had been discontinued. I was promptly called and told the order couldn't be fulfilled. However, upon my calling multipanel directly, they told me that other panel size configurations were possible. I then called Wholesale Domestic to reconfigure my order. This caused a significant delay. The website and information about product availability needs improved. Regardless, communications from Wholesale Domestic are some of the best I've ever encountered. Excellent updating of information - provided by people who know what they are talking about and speak in plain, clear English. I will recommend Wholesale Direct to anyone requiring bathroom equipment / services. Lastly, why not provide a fully 'in-house' fitting service? That would be the icing on the cake. I am very pleased with my new bathroom. Many thanks, Paul Wilson”
