“Hi I purchased another full bathroom from yous this time I got it all delivered first delivery was bath sink toilet taps everything was good then the wet wall came it looked great with all the padding around it when I opened them the three of them were damaged managed to get one replaced to finish the bathroom staff at show room and collection place were very good”

“Have used this company several times, I only once had a problem with a shower tray which they replaced and delivered free of charge. All staff are very helpful when placing an order or making enquiries. I have no hesitation recommending this company.”

“Bought a shower base, doors and wetboard, wetboard arrived damaged at all corners, luckily we had the headroom to cut the damaged parts off, two components missing from the door assemblies, contacted customer services who were very helpful and apologetic, replacement parts were sent and arrived damaged, again contacted customer services who were again apologetic and arranged replacement part. The quality of the bathroom products are excellent, customer serviced and after sales were also excellent, no problem with them at all, they did there best to help. Wholesale Domestic definitely need to review their delivery contractor, it appears that their employees do not take enough care of packages for delivery, this is hurting the reputation of a great supplier.”

“Very happy with the customer service received when purchasing my bathroom 15 months ago. Unfortunately my toilet seat broke and when I returned to purchase a new one the sales staff enquired about the issue and suggested I speak to customer services. I did this and even though I was over the year warranty they kindly gave me another seat free of charge. It doesn’t sound like much but the cost was actually £89 and a great saving for me. It’s this type of customer service that makes people return and I have already recommended WholeSale Domestic to a number of people as this type of after sales support you don’t always get these days.”
