“Hi, Very disappointed this time with wightlink we missed the ferry at the start of our holiday because of the queue as only one person checking in then on the way back we got the on the new ferry and it is awful the vibration at the back was bad enough to rattle your teeth! which is were we had to sit because of having a pet, which also brings me onto the fact that why are made to feel like third class citezens just because we have a dog the chairs are hard and the place is cold and horrible!”

“The new Wight link ferries are great. As soon as we arrived we were directed to the correct queue, we drove on and were shown where to park and then the ferry actually left a few minutes early. There were two cafes and a lovely children’s soft play area. There were plenty of seats with lovely views across the Solent and seating on the top deck. We had a comfortable and enjoyable journey and the signage when we drove off was very clear.”

“Ferry good, no problems. Staff helpful. Easy access. Only problem I had was the short notice of changes to ferry times. We were travelling as a family, so there were three cars. Our individual times, to the IOW had been changed and then changed a second time. Return journey was similar.”
