“All refurbished but the approach roads aren’t there were vehicles queuing in Portsmouth for the 10.30 11 and 12 ferries all at the same time we missed our 10.30 boat as was no organisation at all outside the port. Nightmare half the toilets were out of use so had to queue to pee as well.”

“A good experience totally ruined, due to chaos at Portsmouth when disembarking, no traffic control after leaving ferry, 4 lanes into one at the exit, staff standing about totally oblivious!!!! There will be an accident at port exit if no action taken”
