“I recently traveled with Wightlink Ferries with my dog, and unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the basic dog facilities overall. The overall comfort levels provided by Wightlink Ferries were lacking for dog owners consisting of hard chairs to sit on for the length of the journey.”

“More help required where parking vehicles for disabled passengers. Should be closer to the doors to decks , or let disabled go earlier as always a mad rush from everyone to get to seats”

“If you get to travel on Victoria of Wight you'll get a more comfortable and generally nicer crossing than other ferries. However extremely over priced when you can get to France for less.”

“Service was good on the way to the Isle of Wight but the return was delayed by 20 minutes and there was no information given to all the vehicles awaiting boarding which we felt was very poor. The captain nevertheless did explain.”

“Nice short trip compared to red funnel, nice ferry if you get the new one. Staff very good. The problem is 99 quid for a day trip I'd a disgraceful price, my friend is coming from France for 70 £ return. RIP OFF”

“We were very disappointed that we, in error, paid for the wrong day to travel and only found out when we got to the booth. We hoped we would be able to move it to the correct day but we’re refused. So we paid double for a trip for one night. A lot of money and we were very disappointed to say the least”
