“Staff very helpful, polite and friendly but when we arrived early for our 1000 ferry, we were put in the stand-by queue for the 0930 one. There was 1 car in lane 1, which we joined and 1 car in lane 2 but when the stand-by cars were called onto the ferry it was about 10 or 12 cars in lane 2 that were called forward. We were very disappointed at the apparent arbitrary way this was carried out. Staff on the ship helpful and courteous, explaining that dogs are not allowed on the carpeted areas, which I quite understand but elsewhere the floor is very slippery and it is not suitable for dogs, perhaps a rubberised area would be more acceptable? My wife purchased a Turkey sandwich on brown bread but it was totally inedible, the Turkey was reconstituted and tasteless. It went into the bin. The quality of this food does not meet the standard of the rest of your service and we will never buy sandwiches again, as we object to paying for inedible food, that was not cheap.”

“My Mum lives on the Isle of Wight and I would like to visit her every 4 - 6 weeks. The Wightlink service is very good (I have experience of some delays) the facilities cover everyones needs, the staff are helpful and the organisation is very well timed and managed. However, the prices do not allow me to visit as often as I would like. It is the biggest problem with the service.”
