“Using Wightlink on a weekly basis as I commute to and from Isle of Wight until I move here permanently. The staff are amazing and accommodating and have made the journeys all the more pleasant and easier for someone as last minute Larry as I am!”

“Easy to book on line and arrange for disabled parking spaces on board. When in mechanical trouble the staff are so quick to react to get you to your destination.”

“I’ve been using Wightlink for 25 years the down point was the two cancellations from Fishbourne to Portsmouth on Friday 27 Dec”

Hi John I'm very sorry that after having travelled with us for so many years you were affected by cancellations on Friday, 27 December 2019. You may be entitled to compensation for this. I do hope you will continue to travel with us, in part so we can go some way to demonstrating this is not the usual level of service we provide.

“We give Wightlink 5stars for service, staff and punctuality cannot fault them. The ferry going to Fishbourne excellent looked brand new, but disapointed on the return the upholstery was very stained and dirty, we went to sit on the plastic seats.”

Hi Christine Thank you for such a nice review. I'm sorry to read the state of the upholstery on one of our ferries has let us down. St Clare is due for her refit period in January so will appear much more spruced up on her return to service.
