“Very exspensive! Staff can just be plain rude! Most of the time the ferry is running late. The only good thing I can comment on is one lovey member of staff acctually stopped the cars coming on to the ferry so I could quickly get my dog and baby out the car. As normally the cars are parked so close together you can’t get the baby seat out.”

“Marvelous with disabled assistance, for foot passengers. The Car Ferry on the other hand is for too expensive. £215.00 for a return ticket! Discussing. Hope the proposed tunnel does go ahead. Having a monopoly over something comes a responsibility that shouldn't be abused.”

“A most enjoyable experience. Booking our ferry trip on line, to the Isle of Wight from Lyminton, was straight forward and quick. Getting to the ferry terminal was easy, there were no issues with checking in and the staff controlling the car boarding were very efficient. The ferry was clean and the staff very helpful. The crossing went without any hitch and disembarking was as simple as boarding. Our return trip was the same. A very consistant service and we will have no problem using Wight Link again.”
