I ordered a sweater for my wife after changing my address. The order still showed my old address, so I contacted ww and the poor English speaking female refused to do anything since it was a weekend. On Monday morning I contacted ww again. Now they wouldn't help because the order shows it's being prepared. Well it showed it was being prepared after I first ordered it. Their customer service is the worst for any company I have ever felt with. Never would send me to manager.

I placed an order, but none of the items fit right. I pkgd them all up as directed and returned them. I never got a credit for the items, so finally contacted the company. They said they could only issue store credit less a fee for returning. They issued a second bill which includes a late fee charge. Womanwithin bounced me to Come ity who bounced me to Womanwithin who again bounced me to Comenity who wanted to bounce me back. I think they figure they keep bouncing me until my bill gets so high that I have to pay it or go to collections or something. They have my items, now I would like credit for amount I paid and the rest written off! Just get me back to zero $!!

Very poor customer service. Impossible to work with to try and fix a bad situation. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was disconnected more times than I can count. I did finally reach a supervisor And he did rectify the situation. Be aware that if you order something in a special like 3 items at $12 each and any one of those are baccordered they cancel the deal and you pay full price. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I was never made aware of this. In my world that's calied bait and switch. Take caution ladies.

Worst company ever! I ordered a bra and got pants! Then had a hard time returning the pants! Then the shipped the wrong bra! Ordered a pant suit.. shipped the wrong one! Very cheap material just poor quality clothing! Never again.. comenity needs to dump them!

I ordered in august the first round said it was delivered but not to me. So they sent a 2 nd package now it says it’s been delivered well guess what not to me. I don’t know where my stuff is but I will never order from here again!!!!

I wished I had read reviews before ordering. It's been days now and the order is still processing but Woman Within has already charged my card and even though I agreed to the shipping charge I think it is extremely high and kinda weird to me that the more you order the higher the shipping. I would suggest a flat rate. Probably not ordering from them again and crossing my fingers if I ever get my order that it's not as cheaply made as what other customers are saying.

All items I received were too large and the return process was too complicated. I had to get someone to take me 24 miles out of town to return to UPS. Not at all satisfied.

I ordered on 9/10/24 and hadn’t received my order after 10 days. I contacted them and was told my order was “on hold “ even though my card was charged. They were able to send me more than 10 emails daily to order more merchandise but couldn’t let me know that my selection was not available? I was finally able to cancel my order after much back and forth.

I brought 3 long sleeve pull overs. Washed then there lint all over them they shrunk there cloths are made of cheap Material and there charging top dollar. I’m done.

They took $69.99 from my account without me making a purchase. I called the company the lady hung up on me, I called back to demand my money back and the lady was rude and told me they didn't take my money when I could see it on my bank ledger. She called me a lier and hung up on me again. Stay away from this company.

I will not order from this company again. I was sent a duplicate of one item. I was also charged for the duplicate. When I finally figured out the return process I was charged $10.50 for a "processing fee". That is just the worst. You have lost me as a customer.

Four different times my debit card has been used for fraud on your website. Four different times it has been tried to be used for a promotional deal of $16.95. I'm highly upset and disappointed. I will no longer be using your website since it is not secure.

I contacted womanwithin after I attempted to help my 85 year old mother place an order and use a gift card, which was issued to her by the company 5/5/23 from a return she made on 5/3/23. The website kept saying the Gift Card Number had an error. I called the company and was told to wait 24 hours before trying to use it again. It never worked and still hasn't. I emailed the company and got no where. They stated that Gift Card information is only retained in their system for 90 days. So, basically, my mother is out the money. Woman Within profited from a return and kept the money. How do they live with themselves? What a bunch of thieves. Customer service has yet to reply to my last email.

Blouse was faded looked like it had been washed for two years. The sizing was horrible two times wider than it should have been. The top three button holes were sewn shut. I should have believed the other reviews that I read before purchasing this blouse. Never again will I purchase something from this company. Not to mention their online returns do not work. So I am mailing it back and having to pay to do so.

8/2024, Order 2 pairs of sandals in particular 2 colors, received not what I ordered for one of them, returned one pair of sandals n exchange to get the color I requested, olive, and receive the same colored sandals I received initially, tan, very disappointing. They don't follow through with what they say they're going to do, quality control lacks. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Waiting almost a month for an item is ridiculous & when I contact you I'm told to wait for it to arrive. I have patience, but when I'm needing an item within days & it still isn't here, needless to say I'm not a happy former customer. I've ordered on & off from you for years with no issues, but the way you handled this is unprofessional. Shame on you! If it weren't for your repeat customers, you'd not make the money that you do. You'd think you would appreciate us more!

Ordered the Knit Blazer. The material was to be a cotton/poly. I’m not even sure what to call the material this blazer is made of. It sheds horribly and on top of that one sleeve was longer than the other. Woman within’s quality has gone done drastically over the years. It’s very disappointing!
