Do not order from this company! I've ordered the last few years with no problems. The last year has been a nightmare! Order arrived late, tried to cancel it which they would not do, I immediately returned order and still have not been credited for the return! The return was received by them July 2! I have called the company at least, 25 times, always being directed to a different number! I am so irritated and can't believe a company treats shoppers like this.

Buyer beware. I ordered closes from them 2 months ago. My order is still in limbo. I asked for a refund and got a canned response about delays. Letting everyone I know how bad they are to deal with.

I liked Women Within's products on Amazon so I thought I would order directly from the Women Within website - big mistake. Their products by the same name are different and inferior and their customer service is horrible. It took SIX WEEKS to receive three ordinary t-shirts and when I did, they were nothing like the t-shirts by the same name I'd received from Amazon. Their return policy is so ridiculously expensive that there's no point in returning them. I will never, ever shop from the Women Within website again. I just hope that unsubscribing with keep me from being barraged with their ridiculous emails. Shopping at the Women Within website has been a terrible experience from beginning to end.

They take forever to ship, back orders can’t be cancelled, and when they do arrive and you want to return anything they charge you $9.99!!!! Fir shipping. They don’t respond to emails and customer service isn’t English. They won’t let you cancel back orders, even if it takes them weeks to let you know it’s on back order. Don’t order from them!!

I sent a return 2 1/2 months ago I still never got credit for it I have called numerous of times and never got any results I will never and I repeat I will never buy anything from this company again

If you buy clothing from woman within you will definitely need to return something as their clothes run really big. When you try to return it is when you lose your money. They will never give it back and when you call to complain they will talk and sound like it's fixed, but if you don't follow up to check your bank account you won't realize they never credited your account back. I don't know what they do with their own credit card, but with my regular visa account, they are crooks. Don't use this company.

Buyer beware! Was about to place my order when I realized that every item in my cart was not the correct sale price. I called to get help and I was told by the customer service rep that when my order processed the price would be adjusted. I have called 5 times spending over an hour each time trying to get my $35. credit. They never gave me a credit and said after it shipped it would be adjusted. It shipped and they still won't give me my credit. I got an email days later that said they are giving me a $12 gift card towards my next purchase. I am calling my credit card company to cancel. I would never by anything from them again. Also their sizing is all wrong. Nasty customer service who would not resolve issue.

The worst company to deal with!! Buyer Beware. The clothes I ordered were made of cheap fabric and far too big even though I sized down. The shipping costs are ridiculous.

Ordered 3 items June 9 . I got an email said shipped June 24th. Tracking says on its way. Emailed them and said order is being processed.

I wouldn't order anything else from them. I ordered at navy suit. They sent the jacket and then sent a size 16 pair of jeans for the pants. I don't wear a 16 So I called and emailed for a week and still no help. Their customers service is outsourced so they can't understand nor do they care. Bad business all the way #nostars

Placed order on June 12 for two items, was informed by email both items on backorder. On June 25 one item said it was processing, called today July 1 to see why it hasn't shipped was told it was still processing give them 7-12 business days she couldn't give me an estimate on when it would ship. Second item backordered until August 20. These are items I want for summer not winter

If I could have given this company zero Stars I would. I ordered from them the first time 29 days ago. It took them 15 days just to pull my order and get it shipped. It shipped on the 16th of last month and FedEx now tells me it's in Christ Church New Zealand. I live in California. FedEx then told me the order is lost they don't know where it is so I called woman within and all they can tell me is to look at the tracking. Well the tracking by FedEx is wrong and has not been updated for 7 days! Half of the people that answer the phone it woman within have such a heavy accent that I cannot understand them. They keep telling me there's nothing that they can do because it's in FedEx's hands and FedEx keeps telling me to call and talk to the sender who is woman within. This is been a vicious circle tomorrow will be 30 days since I placed my order and I am completely fed up. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

I ordered on June 18th; it is June 30th, and they can't tell me when I will receive my order! The one dress was to be worn on June 27 which is past! I asked to have my shipping charge removed and he said not possible! I asked to speak to supervisor; he said they would call me back! Never received a call! I have ordered from them for years, but no more!!!

I only gave it a one because I had to put something first of all the customers service is terrible you can not get a live person to answer the phone the account holder has passed away and I sent everything back and explained it to the one person I talked to after multiple attempts to contact them now it’s almost impossible to reach a live person and they keep sending bills and adding 30 dollars a month interest and the person has passed away so they can keep sending them but it never going to get payed this is the worst customer service I ever had to deal with totally I would never recommend them to anyone

I ordered 2 things on June 8th that I Needed by June 25th. On the 24th I called and was told it had NOT been picked up by FedEx. They then gave me a bogus # to check on pkg. I called back the evening of the 24th, and was told that it was shipped on the 23rd. Still trying on the 25th to find out where pkg. Is. 17 days is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!

I wish I would read reviews before making order! So bad experience! It ended in 2 month ordeal - still have no refund! Order was not sent for 3 weeks and I was not able to cancel it! Product I got was very bad quality and I returned. I kept calling to cust. service with no result. Now I asked my bank to help. I will never order from WW again!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WOMEN WITHIN Unfortunately I cannot give -NEGATIVE ⭐️ star review. 25 days ago I ordered clothing. I STILL have NOT RECEIVED and when you call they keep stating it is processing NOT SHIPPED-I have attempted to obtain Corporate Office phone and have 5 different times placed on hold then someone disconnects phone after over hour on hold. I am filing a consumer complaint. STAY AWAY FROM WOMEN WITHIN- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My first and most definitely my LAST order with them. Their customer service is terrible...I placed an order in april and still haven't gotten all of my items. I returned items a month ago and still haven't gotten a credit. I call and I wait on hold only to be read some scripted response. The emails sent back are generic. Worst company ever!
