“I bought replacement glass for my fireplace insert over a year ago, and I have been very happy with the new glass. I had been having a problem with the old glass cracking. The very knowledgeable salesmen at Woodstove-Fireplaceglass correctly diagnosed my cleaning technique as the cause, and instructed me on a better cleaning technique. The new glass now has not cracked.”

“It was actually pretty easy (although more costly than I had hoped) to put new glass into my insert. Two phone calls and we determined what size my old stove needed, the glass was ordered and it was on its way. The package arrived a few days later, and despite being warned it could be difficult to pull the door off and remove the screws holding the glass, it went like clockwork. No problems, and I'm very happy to see my fine through nice clear new glass.”

“I intially ordered the wrong type of glass off of the website. The next day someone reached out to me to help correct my order because I guess they had a hunch I ordered the wrong product and then they sent the replacement glass the next day. The customer service on this was excellent and I'm happy to give Wood stove Fireplace glass my business again!”
