“The glass was broken in the package and we cannot use it. But the Woodstove-Fireplaceglass wasn’t responsible for it. We already tossed the glass or they would’ve replaced it.”

Hey Travis, We guarantee that you receive the glass in one piece. So if you can send us a picture of the broken glass, we would send you out a new glass and file a claim with the carrier. “Placed my custom glass order in the morning and it was cut & shipped the SAME DAY. I replaced my old, dirty cracked glass with the custom piece I got from these guys and it made a world of difference in the ambience and performance of the stove. The glass was packaged very carefully, and even included enough paper inside to re-light the stove after replacing the glass. Couldn’t be happier with this store. 11/10.”
