“Very speedy delivery! I wasn't expecting that it would arrive so quickly so I planned to be out of the house, but I was easily able to switch delivery to the following day or opt for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour. The duvet came in a cotton bag that zips closed, which is handy for storage. I only wonder whether it might be possible not to mail the parcel in plastic without risk of water or other types of damage.”

We are committed to remove plastic from our supplychain wherever possible, and are looking how we can achieve not using plastic bags for delivery. The difficulty is finding something that isn't porous. Most orders are sent in reusable calico bags within a cardboard box :) Kind regards, Adam

“We ordered the seasonal duvet and are currently using just the 300 gm which is keeping us warm enough on its own for April temperatures. As other reviews have said this wool duvet has significantly reduced night sweating down to not happening at all! So pleased with purchase. It is a flatter style duvet but we like this. Customer service was excellent as there was a fault on one of the poppers on the 200 gm duvet. No problem as they sent out a new duvet quickly and free return on the damaged one.”

“I ordered and received a Full/Queen All Season Comforter yesterday. It's beautiful! Chris was very patient as well as gracious during our email exchanges. The color is beige or neutral, but I may exchange it for a white if available. I highly recommend this company. Please try their products. Sincerely, Anne”

“This is the best comforter! It is a HUGE upgrade for me from a thin, synthetic comforter I had before. I feel more relaxed and warm sleeping with this comforter.”

“The delivery was really quick. The wool duvet has helped massively with my overheating at night. I will be purchasing a summer weight duvet soon and some pillows too!”
