“The order of a comfort medium quilt was dispatched almost immediately. I got plenty of notification when it would arrive (took about three days ) and following a last minute request to have it left elsewhere, it was. The quilt is as the reviews I read, thin. But it is adequately warm. I hadn't realised there were more versions or I might have ordered the all seasons version and possibly even the luxury version. Oh well, there's always next year.”

“I recently bought the Deluxe Medium Bedding Set and I can't remember the last time I've slept that will! As a result I was late into work... It really does improve your sleep and I thoroughly recommend. Such high quality and well worth the investment. Thank you so much Woolroom, I will be returning for the rest of the family!”

“Fantastic service from start to finish over the phone and online. I had to call because I wanted some very oddly specific information about a duvet i was interested in. And the person on the phone was brilliant and dealt with my odd question with urgency and care. I will be coming back to shop here and have been recommending thewoolroom to my friends family and even clients.”

“I bought a mattress topper as a present for my daughter but when I tried it out I didn't want to get off, so bought another one for myself!! It's a lovely smooth surface and somehow manages to be cooling on my over hot feet whilst feeling cosy and comforting. Very efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a washable wool duvet and pillow for my son. It’s a lovely weight and lies flat on the bed so easy for him to make and doesn’t end up scrunched up on the floor with the stuffing uneven like his old cheap polyester one. I got the light tog and it’s perfect for a child as warm enough and stays over him, but breathable so no concerns of over heating.”

“I'm liking my new quilt. New direction for me and I didn't know what to expect. The quilt is more solid than other quilts - not as light as feather quilts - but it has a more natural feel and is very cosy.”
