“Excellent service I bought the Herdwick 2500 mattress along with pillows,mattress topper and duvet. The only downside is I don’t want to leave my bed. Many thanks for an excellent product.”

“Lots of info about the products available on the website. My order was delivered very quickly, especially considering it was coming to the U.S. from the U. K. I was also very happy to see the info about ethical treatment of the animals whose wool is used in the products. For me, that was a deciding factor for ordering from woolroom.”

“We purchased the wool topper, protector and deluxe pillows 5 days ago and I could not recommend them more highly. My temperature regulation at night was becoming a problem and I'm glad to say this new bedding has done the trick. Fantastic products, well made and quick delivery. Perfect!”

“The product was even better than expected...I bought a wool topper and it's fabulous. The service was good and they contacted to advise me that my delivery had been held up so I didn't have to stress about where it was. It came in a handy cloth bag too with minimal plastic packaging! Very important to me.”

“The service has been exemplary from Woolroom. The items are very attractively packaged too and the quality is not in question as it is VERY good. I ordered the luxury, alpaca mattress toppers which have been on the beds now for two days and they feel really good....not too hot or cool and nice and comfy. I ordered the superking duvet cover and the fabric is beautiful but the size is more than adequate for our duvet and hangs down empty for about 6 inches either side. This is probably not the fault of Woolroom: the sizes king, superking and emperor seem to vary quite a bit from brand to brand. We have two single 3ft. beds, joined together and have what is labelled a superking goosedown duvet which has been an adequate size. I may eventually buy an alpaca duvet but then none of my existing linen would fit it, causing further expense. Maybe I am just confused! I will be watching out for future good sale offers and studying the details carefully. I also ordered the luxury kingsize alpaca pillows but they seemed too firm. When I enquired about exchanging them I was told that there was little difference (700 grams instead of 900 grams). Therefore, I have sent them back for a refund which was disappointing especially as we are just retiring from a lifetime of sheep farming and we fully appreciate the virtues of wool ((but have been paid very little for the product in recent years)! However, having since thought about it, maybe 200 grams difference is not the whole story; perhaps it is 200g per particular volume? That seems more logical to me in retrospect. Well, despite the great convenience of on-line shopping, these can be the problems involved in not seeing before buying but the returns service is excellent and easy. I was able to send back from my local, small Sainsbury's store where the staff were very helpful and it was so convenient and also free. Thank you Woolroom. S.M. Wiltshire Downs.”

“I love our new wool duvet-we purchased the warm (14 tog equiv) although my partner who is always cold claims it's not as warm as the down equiv, i much prefer the way it hugs your body. Keeps me warm but i don't overheat as i used to do with the down.”

“Well packaged item that arrived on time. Ordered a alpaca wool topper. The topper is well constructed and has a nice depth. It's gives a very good comfort layer and helps regulate your temperature. Only downside is, now that I use multiple wool products I do get some strange dreams!”
