“Absolutely adore this product for our little boy. Just upgrading from the cot to cot bed size as lightweight warm and safe products. You can even wash it which is handy. As a bonus it is well presented and comes in a handy bag to take away when we travel.”

“I have ordered twice from woolroom, first time 2 mattresses - to West of Ireland - I was unable to place the order online so I called them, full details and transaction done over the phone, took less than 5 mins, they charged me GBP 12 to deliver the 2 mattresses from UK to ROI, and I received them in 3 days. It costs me more and takes longer if I order within Ireland. Extremely happy customer. Second time placed the order online in the morning then being unsure of sizes I contacted their online chat, based on the discussion I decided to change my order and called them to cancel one and place the other. Good thing too, they were ready to dispatch the first one - a few hours after placing the order - received my correct order 4 days later. They are nice, fast, efficient, the best company I have ever dealt with online or face to face. Would very highly recommend.”

“I purchased a wool duvet about a fortnight ago, and it's probably one of the best things I've ever done. I went for the super warm....it took about 3 nights to get used to the change of my old 'tatty' duvet, but now it's so wonderful. It envelopes round you like no other type can do, and I found it to be just the right weight, it's heaven. I'll probably be purchasing another for the summer months.”

“Deluxe King Size duvet. Website said due in soon so I rang for clarification and was told should arrive within a week, it arrived in 4 days was well impressed. Added benefit as we both work could use a pick up point (chose Curry’s as nearby) rather than have the worry of not being in for delivery. Was scepticle at first over the cost v benefits as I get really hot in general, but I have found this keep me warm without overheating. My wife said it’s kept her warm the best she has slept for a long time as she feels the cold complete opposite to me. So very pleased with service and product.”

“Duvet was easy to order, even got a discount as a first time customer, and arrived very quickly. Well packaged in a sturdy box and canvas bag. A well made product warm and cosy and looks lovely on the bed. Really happy with my purchase thank you Woolroom.”

“This is my second purchase from woolroom, my first having been a duvet. I loved it, and was so impressed, I decided to get the pillow. It's great, I haven't been disappointed. I ordered the extra wool, but haven't needed it as the pillow is very plump already. I find it very comfortable pillow to sleep on. Again the service was great, and delivery was very quick. Highly recommended. Now, what shall I buy next??”

“An easy to navigate website and clear product explanation enabled our choice. Easy to order and next day delivery as promised. Excellent customer service. We bought a deluxe washable king size duvet with a 3-6tog rating. It has proved to be exactly what we needed. My husband often woke feeing too hot under our 10.5 tog duvet and was a restless sleeper. After only a week of use we are both sleeping soundly and wake feeling so much better and are never too hot or cold . A brilliant purchase, wish we had thought of it earlier.”

“Ive suffered neck pain for years so i dont have good sleeps. Wow, what a difference these pillows have made. Getting much better sleeps and practically no neck pain in the mornings. Well worth paying more for a decent pillow. The mattress protectors next on my list.”

“Very speedy and trouble free delivery. I'm already a convert to wool duvets as they are so much better at preventing me overheating at night and they don't rustle like feather duvets can - wool duvets are beautifully quiet at night! Very pleased with the quality and supreme comfort of my new Woolroom duvet.”
