“I bought a few items from woolroom. First I tried to buy 2 kids mattresses, but for some reason the online system wasn't recognizing my address in Ireland..got a bit frustrated and decided to call them. Everything was done by phone, Karen was extremely helpful and I got my mattresses 4 days later. 4 days for delivery to west of Ireland from the moment I placed the order! I have to wait longer for items sent from Ireland. Mattresses arrived in perfect condition and are enjoyed by kids. Fantastic service and quality. Second time I bought pillows and duvets for kids, this time I was able to place the order online no problem, I had to change something so asked them to cancel (very important to cancel fast as they dispatch in the same day!) and I re-ordered online. I assumed because of the cancellation and re-order it would take longer for the items to arrive, but nope. Again 4 days later I had my pillows and duvets. And now I am in love with this shop and the products so will come back to buy more.”

“Purchased deluxe light double duvet. Only used for a few days but temperature level is very good and duvet is snuggly. Used to overheat with 3 tog other types of quilt.”

“Love my classic medium duvet, very light and thin, beautifully made and surprisingly warm in temps of -5 c which we have had here for the last couple of nights. I hope it keeps me cool in the summer but with this standard of quality I'm sure it will. Highly recommended.”

“I have received my medium wool classic duvet and couldn't be more pleased. I wasn't sure if the equivalent tog was too high, but this product really does regulate to your body temperature. I feel warm without being too hot. Ideal!”

“Ordering easy, was informed there would be a 2/3 week delay on delivery as waiting for stock. My Kingsize Duvet arrived within the week. Have yet to put on bed as waiting for cover, hopefully sort this weekend.”

“Purchased a duvet and then decided to buy a pillow. The duvet is so cosy, yet light and comfortable. I'm finding that I sleep far better and for longer with better temperature regulation. I would thoroughly recommend the Woolroom products.”

“This review is on service alone. I purchased woollen bedding ie: wool duvet and mattress protector and organic cotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover. I have not used the bedding as yet as I am still waiting for my new mattress to arrive but the bedding looks and feels fabulous. The Service was excellent and very prompt delivery. I was kept informed at every step of process from ordering to delivery. I would Highly recommend customer service and will update review when I actually use the bedding. S. Holmes”

“I am really pleased with the mattress protector I bought. It fits well and goes a good bit under the mattress so does not become crinkled under the sheet. It is a well made quality product. I will consider using the woolroom in the future as I am delighted with the service I received.”
