“Over the top customer service. I was looking for a custom sized comforter and they did all they could to try to meet my request. In the end it wasn't possible, but appreciated their willingness to help. Ended up buying the mattress cover and love it! It truly does make sleeping cooler in summer.”

“Our lovely wool filled pillows arrived today. So fast! They are poofy and we will sleep in them tonight. Quality is superior and they were held in a charming cloth bag with handles that will be useful too. The box was somewhat crushed but pillows were fine. Thank you!!”

“We were VERY satisfied with our purchase. We ordered pillows and a comforter and the quality was really impressive and gave off a lot of comfort and warmth. The shipping was fast and free to the USA. I highly recommend Woolroom to all my friends.”

“Right after receiving an answer from Woolroom, I LITERALLY wrote back to say that the response was the best help response I'd ever gotten about any product. The explanation showed a very practical working knowledge of the product. It represented to me a company, "that knew what it's doing." That is with the strong product knowledge, it implies "ownership" on behalf of the employees--not just some keyboard jockey phoning it in (so to speak).”

“Arrived on time, packaged well. I enjoyed getting the zippered bags, useful for future travel. Nice touch. Sleeping with the new pillows and mattress cover tonight. It's the tropics here on Molokai, Hawaii so looking forward to giving a full report card soon.”

“Items arrived quickly although the full address was not included on the shipping label and the package was initially delivered to the wrong address. With Fed-Ex tracking we were able to collect the package at Fed-Ex.”

“Received our order and we couldn’t be more pleased. Delivery was quick, the internal packing very nice, and the quality of the products is exceptional. Truly thankful to have found Woolroom after much research and am thrilled to utilize natural and non-toxic bedding to our home. Great company- highly recommend the products, especially the all-season washable duvets!”

“Every summer we vacation in Europe. The comfy beds with all white linens are the best. I always come home and say I’m going to change our bedding and this year I finally did. The comforters from The Woolroom are exactly what I was looking for. Warm, weighty and not too thick. Looking forward to many more nights of comfort. I would recommend this product to others.”

“Somehow my zip code was incorrectly written on package and was shipped to another address. The box was much too large for the item and was smashed and torn. Luckily I received two days later with the item unharmed.”

“Fantastic customer service and product. I had to make a return and the communication was quick and first rate. The Alpaca wool topper fit my king very nicely and finally not sleeping hot! Kudos to Woolroom!”

“King size Wool mattress cover arrived a few days ago. Has been very comfortable and helpful for me to feel cooler on my memory foam mattress. The assurance that it will not matt and pill after washing was a big part of my choosing this product.”
