“The website was easy to use and informative and we finally chose a 200 X 180 cm washable, wool topper which was delivered within 2 days of ordering! We had already purchased a wool mattress from elsewhere and love it but we're missing our old feather mattress and are delighted with our new combo. The topper feels luxurious and I am convinced that I am sleeping better. We are now looking at the woolroom pillows, they sound perfect as I like the idea of being able to adjust them. Perhaps we can then hibernate until the weather improves in the spring.”

“Order arrived promptly with on day update of time. Was a little worried about choosing medium weight as have had 13 tog feathers before. Pleasantly surprised, it's much lighter and less bulky. Wouldn't go back.”

“The duvets I purchased arrived promptly and they were extremely well packed. The duvets are beautifully made and unbelievably comfortable to sleep under. They aren't the cheapest wool duvets on the market but in this case you pay for what you get.”

“Excellent service prompt delivery, with a one hour delivery slot. Very well packaged. Best of all really comfortable have slept really well since we put the duvet and mattress protector on the bed. Would highly recommend. Thank you.”

“We already had a duvet medweight ordered another one thinking it was lighter but turned out to be the same as we had. We sent it back unopened and they are refunding our money. Very fare company to deal with . I would highly recommend their products . Does just as they say, warm in winter and cool in summer without the weight”

“I signed up to your newsletter, and then placed an order, but did not get the signup discount promised when I went through checkout. I contacted WoolRoom afterwards and was told I could not have the discount. For the sake of £7.00, WoolRoom have turned what should be a happy customer, into an unhappy customer. On principal, I wont be buying from them again, and wont recommend to anyone.”

“The person on the phone was very helpful and the product arrived next day. The colours were nicer than I had expected from the online picture and I felt very happy to give it as a gift to my friends in Montana, USA, where it can get pretty chilly in winter!”
