“From start to finish I cannot fault The Wool Room on their customer service. All the people I came into contact with, the people on the phone who patiently answered all my initial questions about products and delivery, the man in the stores who resolved a potential problem, all really friendly, professional and helpful. Delivery was really quick and the logistics company you use is excellent, the 2 men were so helpful and careful in removing my old mattress and depositing the new one.”

“Recently purchased a new mattress with a memory foam topping. After some time it was identified that chemicals present in the foam were causing me skin problems. The hypoallergenic woollen mattress topping was purchased to sit on top of the existing mattress to form a barrier from the foam. This works fine but the woollen topping creeps from the sides of the mattress towards the centre during the night which therefore still exposes the foam topping. A simple design change can remedy this problem by adding an additional arc of woollen filled topping to both sides and secured underneath the mattress with elastic tape. Please see attached drawing. It could also be added to the ends likewise but ends are not really the problem. The valance would have to be adjusted accordingly.”

“Great product- cot bed duvet is just right for my 2 year old. Not too heavy but lovely and warm for her to snuggle in. Great quality and will definitely last for future small ones! Great service and communication. Couldn’t ask for more!”

“Very impressed. I bought a single fleece mattress enhancer from woolroom because the gsm was the highest that I could find. When I received it I was so pleased with the quality that the very next day I purchased a double for myself. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful, delivery was speedy and in the hour slot allocated. I have been thinking about replacing my cushion pads and I will now consider the wool ones, a filling that I would not have considered before. Well done and thank you.”

“I got the deluxe wool bedding set light, and it's nice. It's not super because I'm still warm at night (even though it's quite cold in the bedroom) and wake up because of that, but it is better. The mattress protector also has a nice feeling when lying on top of that.”

“Having found you on YouTube I was very happy to discover I had a local store in Edinburgh to actually experience your products "in the flesh." Ann Marie and her team were outstanding and my experience as a customer was first class, so a huge thank you to them. The in-store experience was so valuable that I have now completely changed my bedding to wool, topper, duvet and pillows and have been amazed at how I no longer overeheat and my sleep is much less disturbed, waking feeling much more rested. The products themselves are beautifully made and have converted my bed into a luxurious sanctuary. I can't recommend you enough. Thank you.”

“Our new summer duvet arrived very soon after ordering, well wrapped and in a nice cotton bag. It is light and cosy and warm with a cotton cover. As I get very hot at night I think this tog will be ideal for me during the whole winter. I love the idea of it being made in England using English wool, what a great way of using it.”

“My order was received within 2 days and I like the fact that I received a delivery notification with a 1 hour timeslot, which is great as I didn't have to spend the whole day waiting for my order. Plus as a loyal customer, I know that I will be receiving good quality items, so I can buy without feeling anxious about receiving something I don't like. I haven't had to return anything yet. Still a happy customer.”
