“The wool topper is undoubtedly quality both in fullness and production. The wool is deeper and cooler than my previous down topper. Only area for improvement is was not told not in stock when I ordered plus the emails I received were really shocking spelling and grammar. I do apologies this item is currently out of stock, however as soon as we received this in we will get this straight out to you, we are expecting this to be at the end of next week, so you should expect delivery in week commencing the 16th. Many thanks, I apologies for the inconvenience e that this causes. Not a professional impression!”

“Although I haven't used the duvet, pillows and mattress protector yet, on initial inspection they seem of high quality and finish and beautifully packaged. The order was fulfilled efficiently and so far I am a satisfied customer.”

“Excellent service and product quality—the only thing that could be better is to have a zip as standard on all of the pillows, this would allow one to adjust the content amount according to their preferences and replace the wool filling when necessary, thus, preventing the need for a whole new pillow.”

Thank you for the review. We are pleased you received excellent service and are happy with the quality of the product. We will take on board about the zip on all pillows. Our deluxe range does have a zip so you can adjust the softness and firmness by adding in more wool. (This one is machine washable) Our luxury range also has a zip with the outer cover being able to be washed at home but the alpaca and wool filling is enveloped into cotton casing that would need to be dry cleaned. Our Classic Wool Filled Pillows are part of our entry level Classic Bedding. This range still offers many of the fantastic benefits of wool whilst also offering great value for money. It is enclosed. “I have a Wool Room mattress, quilt and pillows and recently bought a mattress protector and some extra wool for my pillow. My bed is now like my own snuggly nest with a good night sleep guaranteed.”
