“I ordered the alpaca and wool topper which arrived within 2 days of ordering in a beautiful cotton bag. The topper itself has made a huge difference to my life. I now look forward to going to bed and wake up feeling refreshed instead of stiff and full of aches and pains. I have been singing it's praises to anybody who will listen! Thoroughly recommend it.”

“The service was excellent with the goods ordered being delivered exactly in the time slot stipulated. The duvets and mattress are wonderfully comfortable. I am very pleased I decided to invest these as they are worth penny. Will be buying another.”

“We'd received our new gel topped bed but discovered, in spite to being reassured it wouldn't, it made us hot when sleeping so I ordered a wool mattress topper and the topper is wonderful, we're now getting the kind of nights sleep we should have had from the start, in fact, probably better. I'd definitely recommend the topper but be warned, you won't want to get up! Ordering on line was easy and it arrived as promised, I also got it while on special offer so all in all an excellent experience.”

“My pillow arrived in a timely manner and I have enjoyed the best sleep in a long time. In the states it is almost impossible to find a pillow that does not have polyester, acrylic, or down, and I am allergic to all three, so how lucky I feel to have found this pillow. I am certain that I will order more poolroom products.”

“I cannot actually say anything about your products as I bought the deluxe pillows as Christmas presents, so I haven't taken them out of the box yet...but I do want to say that the young lady on the telephone who dealt with my failure to purchase via the Internet ( my fault) was extremely kind and patient. Also, the order arrived very quickly which was great, Thank you.”

“We bought a matress topper, after seeing Woolroom at the country fair in Ickworth, and are very pleased with how cosy it has made the bed. Having several allergies, I like the natural fibres; the bonus is that it is British wool, so we are also supporting local industry. We are so pleased that we are considering a wool duvet, too - can't be baa-d!”

“well made duvet was a bit sceptical as it appeared so thin but it does what it says on the tin, really warm without being to hot and spending the night throwing the cover off and on. excellent service and product”

“I read about the Woolroom online and saw all the positive reviews. My only hesitation in ordering was that I live in Canada. I need not have worried. I placed my order on Sunday and the duvet was on my bed by Friday evening. Fantastic service! After two nights, I can honestly say the duvet is already making a difference in the quality of my sleep. It’s been less restless and my temperature swings are far less. Thank you Woolroom! I would definitely recommend your products and am already thinking about my next purchase.”
