“As much as I would like to rate your product and service, I really can’t. I have still to receive the mattress that we bought. All I have is an email from your delivery company to say “we have your mattress, we will contact you to arrange for delivery or “collection!”. well It’s taking on the verge of “ too long”. I hope it will be worth the wait.”

“First of all I was impressed to be able to buy European sizes in US and even you had to ship from England I had it in a WEEK. Awesome thank you. I had wool comforters most my life and won't use anything else because it keeps the temperature regulated and moisture away and now there are lighter than ever (if you like that) and washable. If you have never tried to sleep with wool comforters you don't know what comfort is. The one I got is medium thick or warm but keeps me warm in 60 degree temp.”

“We are nice and cosy with our wool topper, got used to it after a couple of nights would recommend, we bought it when it on offer so even better. Came re ally well packed and very quickly too. It also makes the mattress a little softer.”

“I hadn't been sleeping well, my duvet was duck down and sounded as though I was sleeping in a crisp bag, also didn't absorb any moisture. My friend suggested I try a woolroom duvet as she found hers really helped her get a better nights sleep. Had a look at the website and placed my order. This arrived very promptly. I had my doubts once it was on the bed, how could anything that light keep me warm? Well not only kept me warm, but I had the best nights sleep ever. I am warm and comfortable and each night sleep so well. I have recommended Woolroom to my friends and work colleagues as I was so impressed. Well worth every penny. Thank you.”

“I have wool room pillows, duvet, mattress protecter, and now a mattress topper everything is excellent but this mattress topper is fantastic what a comfortable night's sleep I have had the best ever”
