“Your answers to my queries were good and this enabled me to complete my purchase as there were problems online at the time. The throw is very good quality, the colour not as bright as appeared online but still suits my sofa. Delivery was excellent!”

“My mattress protector was one of the best things I have bought, it does actually work it’s brilliant, I would recommend to all the ladies who have reached a certain age to invest in one of these it does keep you cooler for a good nights sleep very happy.”

“Wool Duvet. Read the guarantee before you buy. Lovely looking duvet but does not stop me overheating so very disappointed in this as the only reason I bought it. Guarantee does not cover unless you buy duvet and mattress protector or topper. I am now the owner of an expensive wool quilt that does not do what I thought it would.... I would never have spent this amount on a duvet usually so quite upset really...”

“I love my deluxe pillow which arrived promptly after ordering as did the extra wool that I recently purchased to make it a little plumper. The pillow is supportive without being too high or full and never gets too hot. I have looked for decades for a pillow I like - this one is wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“An excellent company to do business with and an excellent product. The only thing to slightly mar the experience was an issue with DPD over delivery but that was nothing to do with Woolroom. Customer service was fantastic from my first query through to trying to help with DPD.”

“I have had my new wool duvet now for two weeks. There is no bunching up and no cold spots where the stuffing of the conventional gathers in to one corner. It is lovely and warm and you don't have to shake it when making the bed. No lumps and bumps when the bed is made. Wonderful wish I had it years ago”
