“The ordering and delivery experience was excellent, and the product itself is AMAZING. I bought an all-season deluxe duvet in November 2017 and it is wonderful - I am never too hot nor am I ever too cold.”

“The advice I was given when making my choice helped hugely in my decision. I was not happy when the first sales person I spoke to said she had to help an onsite customer and would phone me back later that day. Two days later I had had no call but was able to continue my purchase when I put a call through and spoke to a very apologetic assistant”

“Excellent and speedy service. Getting a much better nights sleep. The duvet is so cosy and comfortable I suffer from asthma and allergies but have been so much better no coughing or breathing problems just a blissful nights sleep. Thank you woolroom”

“Absolutely love the product (all seasons wool duvet) - the duvet is a revelation, and both my husband and I wished we'd known about them years ago. I thought I'm miss the depth of a fluffy down duvet but not at all! It's very cold at the moment but we only need the 300gpsi duvet, and have put the lighter one away for the spring. We're both very cosy under your wool duvet! Also, your customer services department was very good.”

“Excellent service. My order came very quickly. The goods were very well packaged, each item being in its own canvas zipped bag with two cord handles. As regards the duvet, pillows etc I cannot comment as yet as I have not put them on my bed as yet but will do so soon.”
