“The parcel was dispatched quickly and the delivery service was excellent, we were emailed a delivery slot which unfortunately we couldn't make so we were able to re-direct the parcel to a pick up point. Very convenient and avoided any hassle.”

“This pillow is very different from any other and I would recomend this especially to anyone that has neck pain with this one you can have comfort and support without getting over hot I have not found this with any other pillows and you can customise it to suit your needs at any time well worth the money and could last you a life time with out going saggy or lumpy”

“Really great advice prior to purchase. I had already purchased a cheaper "wool duvet" from elsewhere however it actually isn't really a wool duvet because it has some man made fibres which still made me really hot in bed. So after this experience I did some more research spoke to 2 companies about their wool duvets, I decided on the wool room because of their honest advice. We purchased the deluxe two season duvet, I can honestly say I haven't ever slept so well. My partner who frequently awoke in the night with our old feather duvet and would then be unable to get back to sleep, hasn't had a broken night sleep since we've had our new wool duvet. I have since bought 4 single Classic Duvets to replace our sons feather ones too, the reports back from them is a 10 out of 10 night sleep. Thanks Wool room”

“This topper has given me the best nights sleep in ages. My mattress is old and I can feel the springs poking through, but not in a position to buy a new bed yet! This is a great temporary solution although I think I’ll be adding it even when I do get a new bed.”
