“We purchased a travel cot cover and it is fantastic - the materials are top of the line and this cover makes sleeping on the go for my little one so much nicer! Plus the customer service is amazing!”

“easy to use web site The product I wanted was out of stock and I was invited to leave my email address for when the product was available. This was in 2days time so was able to place my order which arrived within 48hrs.”

“Service fantastic although a few hic ups with online. Good costumer care over the phone. Love my mattress protector with wool and getting used to a wool pillow. Definitely helps regulate my night sweats for a more comfortable sleep”

“I have to complete a review on 2 counts. The firstly and most important, the product!!! The mattress is amazing, it takes comfort to a new level. My family and I can't be happier with it. With the mattress protector on too, it adds to the comfort knowing you have the protection and the guarantee in place. The All Year round duvet is a game changer for these cold nights and with the Deluxe wool pillows makes us not want to get out of bed. The Wool room quality and workmanship is second to none. Secondly, Customer Service has been outstanding!! With a few issues on being out of stock. We were always kept in the loop with fast and friendly service. The small issues were handled professionally and without issue. Pity the rating only goes to 5 Stars.”

“Thanks again chaps. We bought a wool topper for our bed earlier this year and it has been so good and comfortable. This summer our friend stayed to look after our house and dogs when we went on holiday. She couldn't believe how nice it was and that it stopped her over heating during the night. We just bought her one for her 40th birthday - she was chuffed!”

“I am delighted to leave a review for the Woolroom. I shopped on line, paid by PayPal! I ordered on a Saturday, got a welcome email for registering on the online site and a receipt of payment. A week later I am about to make contact for information about my order being dispatched...and I get a call from the courier it's at my door! I live in the United Arab Emirates. Delighted to receive my order of duvet, mattress cover and duvet, beautifully wrapped in linen bags....I shall be back to shop again and won't hesitate to recommend the Woolroom!”
