“In isolation and I shop at Woolworths all the time so try on line. Was notified delivery would be between 3 and 6pm, changed to 4 to 5pm, contacted again delivery was next in line, fantastic checked tracking to see delivery marked as delivered WHAT. Called and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes told our order delivered to wrong house. "Did we want a refund?" YES PLEASE, so much for our chicken dinner, baked beans was all I had. Thanks a lot Woolworths. NEVER AGAIN”
“Our first (and will be our only) online shopping from Woolworths Food. In flying to Cape Town for a month from Australia, we decided to have food delivered for our arrival. Not only did they only deliver half of what was ordered, what was ordered was wrong, and one of the fresh food itmes was open! Disgusting and Hopeless.”
“What a joke! Completely ruined our day. Delivery was meant to be between 8 and 9am turned into 9 to 10am didnt receive the meats and cold stuff.
Call help line and they didn't help at all. Planned to go out for lunch and at 1pm still no contact from anyone from Woolworth.
Arrived at 3pm and day was destroyed by ordering online for the first time, never again, female on the phone didnt give a stuff and was blaming me for not checking. $250 worth by the time I carried last bag in lady in truck was gone. Dont do it terrible.”
“Just spent the last two hours at night waiting for a order rang Woolworths only to be on hold 40 min ..and then to be told there was no delivery coming . No one had the brains to ring me and tell me .never will I order from them again just canceled my order”

“My 2nd online order - Nothing worse that receiving long life milk which is to expire 4 days later, AND I only discovered after opening up first box and then the remaining 3, found they were all off. Woolworths online only provided one option to chat to a computer TEXT message who kept asking me if I wanted a refund. I could not find any other option to submit a complaint about the product which was very frustrating thus me going on this review site hoping this will help other consumers with this same problem.”
“Woolworths is terrible - horrendous customer service - you can’t call them (unless you want to be on hold for hours), they hang up on you before you can complete the customer service survey and their complaint email is “no longer in service”. My groceries that I paid for never arrived and no one would help me. Disgraceful. Never again Woolies, you’ve lost me forever.”

In terms of their food, its always fresh and their fruit and veg lasts longer. They always have really good discounts and the service is good.”
