“I was expecting my order between 8:30 and 9:30 Saturday morning. Just after 10 am I received a message that my order was to delivered next. But it didn't show. I tried to call and email Woolworths couldn't get through. It is now Sunday 9:20 am and still no word on my order. So if you are considering , to get your groceries home delivered , go to COLES.”
“Whats the point of point specials when the stores has no stock, for example a tin of nescafe coffee goes on special and the point cook store has no stock, you ask the front service desk & the male shrugs his shoulders and doesn't know why they have no stock, you ask them why no stock when it just comes on special and what's the point when there is no stock, the male still doesn't know why. What a joke.
I'd say poor management & logistical management, during these times just in time doe not work. Store Ordering needs to adjust to the times .
So I have to go out of my way and hop into the car to Williams landing to find the special in store.
I think some people in some of these stores are either asleep or they are fudging their way through,

“Went into Woolworths and took 2 packs of 2kg sugar. When I got to the self service checkout one of them only weighed in at 1.5kg! I said to the young sales assistant that I'm not paying for 2kg when its only 1.5kg, so would he kindly follow the trail of sugar back to the sugar aisle and grab me another one. He did just that and even offered to clean the sugar spilled on my walker. Thumbs up for woollies Kilkenny 👍”
“Order worth of $273 grocery, the delivery guy left few things in porch I thought he might be bringing more things but then he left and when I checked the item half of them were missing,. I was waiting for this grocery delivery from four days and now when I want them they are missing. Calling them and waiting to talk someone from half an hour”
“Hi, had the best experience today at Woolworths Pietermaritzburg Liberty Mall.
I had to buy a last minute birthday gift and Taryn, the wonderful assistant in the Perfume department literally walked with me throughout the store picking gifts and helping me when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Taryn, I do hope you see this, you are an exceptional human being and Woolworths is lucky to have you.
This young lady deserves all the best and hopefully a promotion and pay increase. She took customer service to another level. She did it out of the goodness of her heart. I wanted to give her a gift but she refused and said it was her job to help me and that it would not be right to take anything from me (Woolies company policy). I really wish I could have given her something, I do believe that outstanding service should be rewarded.
Thank you Taryn for making me feel supported and helped today. I don't know you, but you will go far. And I wish that the Almighty makes all your dreams become a reality.

“ordered and paid $13 for 11-12 delivery today. Had a message late would arrive 12.07 to 12.37. Put off appt and waited as cold items. Still didn't come. Then spoke to useless Olive, the digital interface, who put me onto help line. At 2.00 I was told 40 minute wait. Waited for 30 minutes then I messaged facebook and said out from 3.00 and to cancel order if not there by then. Left at 3.08 no order there. Left notice on door that order cancelled and to not leave goods. Just got back earlier than expected and order still left with chilled goods in it. Absolutely useless that there is no way to contact them when there is an issue. Order number is 1097666306. Very very disappointing. Do not use. Can you do no stars?”
