“They have very friendly staff, a wide range of clothing brands, and a large collection of footwear and accessories. You can almost always find the product you are looking for in your size.”
“Click and collect now appears to gives oldest unsellable produce at inflated prices. All todays fruit in the bin, refund requested. Then went in the store to check quality and price one hour later. Online price navel oranges $1.78 each, instore price works out .90c each and way better quality.”
“I wonder if Woolworths could tell me why when I went to pay for my groceries today only 2 out of 7 cash tills were open. Once again Woolworths is dictating to us how we can pay for our groceries.”
“I’ve been shopping there 25 yrs and was always happy but now lm not. There’s always shelves not stocked , quite annoying. Prices came down for a while but have gone back up. Understaffed a lot of the time. Not very happy atm.”
“Overall mostly happy, but today I was quite disappointed.
I have a Woolworths phone number so get 10% off a shop each month. Sadly today I found that my local WW supermarket at North Lakes no longer stocks Fairtrade decaff coffee as people don't buy it. I buy it! Had to go to a different WW to buy it and missed out on my discount. The other disappointment is only having one pack of black Bonds cushioned ankle socks, but stacks of white socks. The special is any two packs, but not if you want two black packs. It makes me wonder who decides what products people want. I guess I need to waste my time doing the impossible - researching product availability - before shopping. Or perhaps I should give North Lakes the flick.”
“For the past several weeks we have not received updates on our orders. Substitutions have been made but we have been charged more.
Word to the wise, don't order for delivery on a weekend. The gremlins who pick the orders get hungry. We found they had opened and helped themselves to almost half of a Christmas pudding.
Delivery prices are going up all the time. We may have to stop home delivery. We will miss our friendly drivers, but that's all that will be missed.”
“I recently received my first (and last) Woolworths Online order yesterday as I am currently isolating with my 2 children under 3 years of age. Upon delivery, the driver was talking on his mobile phone and recklessly swung my bags at my doorstep causing a flavoured milk to break and spoil the other groceries. I contacted Woolworths for an apology and refund and was advised I needed proof of the single damaged item. Upon stating that more than 1 item was spoilt, I was only refunded $4 and given a $15 online credit which I will not be using.
If others are in a similar situation to myself, please rely on friends/family or an alternate supermarket/delivery provider.”
“The Woolworths website is completely USELESS. Recent changes no longer allow shoppers to see the latest catalogue or Browse Products to check whether they are in stock. A complete waste of time now. I will move my shopping over to Coles. At least they still have access to both weekly catalogues and Browse Products services. I have given 1 star on this review, because it is the only way I can comment, however I would have preferred to have given 0 stars.”
“Woolworths mobile I recommend them to nobody they are impossible to get in contact with to cancel a mobile account well thats another story I was told by an operator it's already been cancelled some time ago but had money removed from my account last night I will never shop nor deal with this company again they are total rubbish 09/04/2024”
“I bought 2 x Beurre Bosc pears at the Rockingham WA store yesterday, 5 April. Attached is a photograph of the product when I started to prepare them for dessert today, 6 April.
The quality of your fresh produce is extremely poor, you should be ashamed of calling yourself, "The Fresh Food People".”
“Bought a packet of crumpets on Wednesday, opened for breakfast Friday and had mould on them disgusting, obivisly not checking their stock more like not caring and $4 for a bottle of Schweppes soda water ABSOLUTE PRICE GOUGING. Coles better quality but still price gougers.”
“Woolworths are committing 'Food Fraud'
The fruit on their shelves( especially stone fruit) are as hard as rocks and when taken home...after few days just rots or is floury.
This has gone on all summer long.”
