Poor service. (Specially partner delivery service) they leave the stuff outside without notifying. Customer service is poor. Can't even solve the simple issues for months. Not promising service. Our money is gone and didn't even received the delivery service. They have multiple issues with websites and app.

Had issues with missing items. Delivery price gouging. Rude drivers. They suspend you when you report a rude delivery driver. I still had deliveries pending from a 3rd party which I cannot access for updates now. Refund takes 3 to 5 days. The customer is not king with this lot...

Tonight I purchased an online egift card to send to a family member that desperately needed food and other items to survive. Half an hour after order I am still waiting and STILL on hold trying to speak to a human being! How on earth in this day and age can a digital online order not be instant!!?? Absolutely pathetic and will NOT be doing this again!! EVERY other company I have EVER made a digital purchase with has been instant as it should be. Go elsewhere for egift cards! EDIT - Finally just got through and no help whatsoever. Apparently the gift card team are seperate and are not open until Monday which means that I cannot help my family member buy food as Woolworths have effectively stolen my money! How disgusting! Will NEVER be buying a gift card from these disgusting people again!

I had $620 worth reward points. Someone hacked online and used in Altona while i was sitting at my home in Caulfield. The Incident was immediately reported once i received the e-receipt and realized what happened. It has been 4 months and despite following up every month all the response i get it "We have escalated the matter, the IT team is working on it" I am unsure that how 4 months are utilized and this is not been worked upon - its a huge amount and nothing has been done about it ! I stopped going to Woolies and using rewards card as i cannot trust them anymore - very very disappointed !

I bought my things online on the 1st of June and they were meant to be delivered on the 6th of June. They didn’t deliver and they told me different stories each time I called and promised to call me back but they never did. I called again on 13 of June, and they said my things were out of stock so they’ll have to refund me. I’m still waiting for my refund. That was a real bad service and so unprofessional. I wish you change your courier guy or something.

Woolworths Dickson have taken the unethical decision to remove all paperbag and multi-use green shopping bags and the only option is the single use plastic bags!!!!!i is this a panic knee jerk corporate decision to force us to use your surplus plastic bag stock before the ACT follow the NSW decision to ban single use plastic bags? Woolworths will only ever do something decent when their hand is forced. Woolworths Dickson only refurbed the shop when construction started which will bring coles into the area which will finally curb the monopoly Woolworths has had in the inner north for so many decades! I have never heard anyone praise this particular Woolworths……..but have no doubt they really couldn’t care less….

Yesterday was the first day I had done online shopping. I had a pick up time of 1-2 today I arrived just after 2 I pressed all the buttons said what bay & waited & waited & waited after a 1/2 hour I went in to say I was waiting I went back out to the car & waited another 10 minutes before anyone came out with my order. A lady I work with did her shopping in store & had finished hers before I got mine 😡

I fin the online shopping to be farcical with a lack of due diligence done by woolworths. Being house bound with Covid i place an order, i tick the box no substitutes because i dont want Organic chicken swapped for non organic chicken. So my food delivery for tonights dinner and tomorrows lunch arrives with no chicken, even though the item was available online at the time of purchase. So with no contact from Woolworths to let me know, i paid $15 delivery to not get what i need for dinner. So now am i expected to pay another $15 for delivery of a smalller pack of Organic chicken because i put no substitutes. Sell me 2 packs of the smaller at the same price as the bigger or simply just contact me ffs. I feel like visiting the manager in person. Oh i cant.

First and last time I will use Woolworths online. We had to isolate from last Wednesday, so we did an online order on Wednesday night. The website said delivery wouldn't be until Saturday. On the Saturday, woolworths said the time slot for delivery was between 5.45pm and 6.45pm. That passed and I was contacted and order would be late due to logistic issues. At 10.45pm still no order so I contacted them and was informed that it was cancelled due to logistics and I could reorder for the following Tuesday, Keeping in mind isolation will be finished by then. They offered a refund which will not be accessible for 4 to 20 business days. As their is a Woolworths 6 kilometres and another 12 kilometres from me, I suspect t h eir logistics issue excuse is a load of rubbish. So beware of Woolworths, they are greedy liars and don't care about the customer at all only about profit.

Never on time, support is useless, and they refused to give me a refund. What a scam every single one of my orders has been outside of my delivery window, which wouldn't even bother me, but the delivery info is never helpful. "it will get here at 4:24" it tells me, so I wait outside to pick up my order for half an hour and NOTHING. not even an update! so i try to contact support but it says there's a 15-minute wait, so i wait half an hour and FINALLY, it connects me to someone, i ask her for an update on my order and she says 5 minutes, i wait 5 minutes, nothing, 10 minutes, nothing, 15 minutes and she has disconnected me and not even bothered to update my tracking info in the app. absolutely useless. i had a similar experience on another occasion and asked for the remainder of my year-long subscription to delivery unlimited to be refunded. i was offered a 15$ goodwill voucher instead. there isn't even a goodwill store within an hour of where i live, why would i want that? Support staff are rude, unhelpful and generally poorly trained, and their support system is ridiculously badly designed. an absolute travesty of a service and I'll be steering well clear of them from now on.

I placed an order online, I wanted to pick-up but was in the Delivery window and noticed that as well as Delivery Fee of $15.00 there was a Shipping Fee of $10.00. Bit of double dipping I think!

With recent information regarding the dismissal of unvaccinated staff, I will no longer be shopping at any Woolworths stores. No business should EVER assume authority over an employees’ body and/or freedom of choice.

Woolworths no longer accept cash at a store to pay out their credit card debt. They will accept cash for goods purchased but not to pay off debt. This appears to be a deliberate discrimination to people without access to a debit card or easy access to the internet. Disgraceful behavior in such difficult times...

Stop using stupid cardboard tags on your bread. They don't work. Every time I buy bread they fall off and all the bread falls out over the shelf. Stop supporting Conservationists and look after the customer who buys bread and needs to get it home intact. Go back to plastic tie tags which hold the bread packaging closed and stop this stupid concept of cardboard tags. They are a useless idea.
