“The book you sent me (The art of cartographics) was bound upside down and back to front! Haven't sent it back because I thought it was quite funny. Might want to check that in the future!”

“Book turned up in very good packaging but had creased/damaged front cover. Clearly got put into the box like that as the packaging was undamaged. Second time within 3 months this has happened. I haven't got time to return as the damage was not major but annoying nonetheless. I wouldn't have brought it in this condition if in a shop. I placed it under a stack of heavy books to sort out damage.”

“I bought this book on recommendation, as a Mother’s Day Gift. It arrived promptly, which was great, but the cutting of the book was terrible! The page edges were sheared and bits of paper was falling off the edges. I had to present this book at my mother on Mother’s Day and apologise for the way it looked. I was very unhappy about this.”

“Delivery took two weeks instead of the advertised four working days. Too much time spent emailing for updates on delivery. Ended up ordering from Amazon and getting it the next day so now I have two. Will not be using Wordery again”

“Good price and product was in good condition however it took weeks to come. I had ordered it for world book day and it didn’t come in time, it wasn’t even dispached within the delivery time stated. I had no confirmation email so I had to contact customer service to check it was even coming. Customer service replied quickly and confirmed they were having supplier issues, but I don’t think I’d order again if I needed an item by a certain date.”

“The order said 5-11 working days which is a very long timescale in the digital world but was accepted but when you fail to meet this it is very poor service. We will not be using your service again.”
