“Delivery took longer than expected. The only correspondence was once the item was dispatched and that was a good 5 days after ordering.”

“Slow on delivery and if item or not stock why not' tell the customer rather than letting them wait with no reason why there are having wait so long.”

“Goods took too long to arrive. I paid extra postage for next day and didn’t get it. It was disappointing. I previously had better service. I chose Worderey because it was cheaper than Amazon but in the end paid more”

“The website quoted 2-4 days for delivery, it took 10 days for my books to arrive (and this was before the bad weather) as a result I had to go to a bookshop to find an alternative which was disappointing and twice as expensive. The books were lovely but delivery too long.”

“The book was poorly packed in an oversized box which allowed it to move. The result was was a creased and damaged cover, spoiling the appearance of the book. Fortunately the contents were still readable.”

“CUstomer service is terrible, I had to contact them at least 3 times over some issues but they did not resolve anything and now I have to buy new an other book in order to resolve the issue that I have.”

“It took nearly a month for a delivery from your warehouse to Bulgaria. Also the book was delivered in a very banged up condition, containing multiple scratches. This is the third book i order from you and every time they arrive in a terrible condition. I don't think i will make future orders from wordery”

“When I was placing my order, the website was being slow, so not knowing the first order had gone through (as I did not receive confirmation) I bought the product again. I received two of the same product and now have to post one back at my expense.”

“I Purchased a book so it was exactly as described. However the delivery date was extended by 2 days from the original maximum delivery date. Had I known this was going to happen I wouldn't have purchased the item as it needed to be delivered by a certain date.”

“Recent books - last two orders 1 hbk, l pbk - damaged in transit - packed in boxes too large/loosely packed for books inside. Passed these onto charity shops rather than endure rigmarole of Returns procedure.”
