I ordered what I thought was a classic book for my daughter Far from the Madding Crowd, the book she received was entitled Far from the "Maddening' Crowd. I was disappointed that more care hasn't been taken on ensuring something as simple as a title wasn't correct.

It was a gift I sent to a friend but the book was in pretty bad shape. The dust jacket was ripped in several places and the cover was dented. I don't know if it left Wordery's warehouse like that or got damaged during transport but I was really dissapointed. Even more so since it was a gift. It looked like a bad secondhand book. I know you guys have been improving your wrapping methods (more paper to keep the book from moving in the cardboard box) to avoid that sort of problem and I'm really greatfull you actually took into account your customers feedback but clearly there's still some improvement to do... Anyway, thank you for listening

Took absolutely ages to arrive and no contact until I got in touch to find out where my books were. Promising but then disappointing.

My order was never recorded in the system however my credit card was charged. I sent enquiries about the order and was told there was no record of it. Then, the book arrived out of the blue several days later. I received no apology for the confusion or for the period during which I thought my card had been charged for no reason. It was just lucky I did not purchase the book again thinking it would never arrive.

I've not received my order yet. It was supposed to arrive at Wilko in Manchester Arndale Centre by Tuesday, 10/4! A week gone by it still not arrived and now I've been told that you don't even use Wilko as a Delivery Centre, though it quite clearly gave this as a delivery option and that where I expect it to arrive! I was told that they only post by 2nd class mail! This is not good enough, as with any order I expect that I should be able to track the order. You need to send items by special delivery in order to prevent this issue happening again. Plus you need to make clear on what collection points are available as it not always convenient to send to a home address, especially if someone works during the day.

The courier left the package in our recycling box, but neglected to put the lid on. It rained and part of the package was wet. Fortunately the book itself, although slightly damp, was not damaged.

The item was faulty. Went to use it and the fixings fell apart. So had to glue them together

Delivery took a long time and book packed loosely in box so corners scuffed when it arrived.

The package was open! I do not know if that depended on the mail service or on Wordery. It was clearly damaged and open in a visible way. The Book I ordered was big and heavy. It could not pass through the opening but that kind of opening was quite upsetting.

It took far too long to arrive - clearly you didn't have it in stock, and then there must have been some trouble your end as it took ages before you confirmed it had been despatched. It arrived promptly after being despatched. Overall, as it was a gift, i was disappointed with the service, not the product.

1 book in the order wasn't delivered with the rest and took a further few days and 1 had clearly been dropped at some point. Neither were presents so not that big of a deal to me but i cant score higher based on that, regardless.

I ordered books in good time for March 30th. They turned up a day after I actually needed them. I feel things would be better if purchasers were informed if unexpected delays were anticipated so that there was a chance to cancel. This is in addition to the tracking. Really disappointed, but at least I will have the books for the future. Kind regards

Very, very slow turnaround on orders. Order placed on the 4th, not yet dispatched on the 9th. Not good enough as you say the book is in stock and you have my money. No more orders from me.

I payed for next day delivery but finally got books 7 days later. Contacted via e-mail for help but have never received a reply apart from acknowledgement of my e-mail saying it would replied to within 24 hours.
