“Sadly my experience was not great and is based around circumstance Vs an issue you guys had. I purchased a book on grief which for obvious reasons I needed to arrive in quick time (it was a gift for my Mum) the book didn't arrive when expected and I did receive an email from you to say something had gone wrong and the delivery would be delayed, but in this case I really needed the item to pass on for a specific date. Therefore on this occasion I did not feel that the service provided was good.”

“Not clear postage times. What was meant to be 2-4 days, turned out to be over 8 days. Should consider using the words estimated delivery to make it more clear. A small apology blaming the postal system. I sent a few emails & they did reply fairly promptly to each”

“I gave Wordery 2 stars for the price, and the bookmark that came along with the books. I ordered 2 books which came in 2 separate shipments, in 2 separate boxes. Why? What a waste! Also, shipping is far too long of a wait! I'll not purchase again.”

“I bought a couple of books which arrived in good time however one of the books which cost £30 was damaged when it arrived. The damage isn’t severe but it’s the principle of paying £30 for a brand new book when I could of got a second hand book for cheaper that may have had similar damage.”

“As usual, very poor packaging resulted in books getting knocked about in transit. Not a huge amount of damage this time, but guys - please - you're meant to be a book delivery service. Putting two fairly heavy books in what amounted to a large shoebox with absolutely no padding is shoddy practice, and demonstrates absolutely no care at all for the product you are selling.”
