“My package arrived very late, they sent in the wrong item and never replied to me asking for an exchange and the package was folded in my mailbox.”

“It took almost two months to get my package! I missed my friend's birthday and had planned ahead and thought I had given myself plenty of time.”

“The website says delivery is normally within 5 working days, however, this is from dispatch so add a couple of days on to that. I would have chosen to order from another site if this had been made clear. In total it took 10 working days, 15 days for the order to arrive and I don't think that's acceptable. Now I have to go to the post Office to return books that arrived over a week too late.”

“My order did not arrive although the response an email was positive the second response had obviously not read my email properly as I had asked for a replacement delivery... I have now responded to 2nd email and requested replacement to my original delivery address..”

“I received the William Trevor book Last Stories & it’s the American edition when I wanted the English edition. Also there wasn’t the usual bookmark enclosed. I have been using your very good service for several years now & have recommended you to many of my friend. This is the first time I have been very disappointed with your service. “The book was a good price and in good quality, but the packaging was way bigger than needed, the book got slightly damaged on route sliding around in the box, and its a waste of packaging, and it means a standard sized novel wont fit through the letter box which is a pain! It's the second time I've ordered from you, and I'd rather use you than amazon, but this has happened both times and if it keeps happening then convenience might start to get in the way of my morals!! “The book I ordered was delivered in a timely manner but I was not happy that the book was packed in such a way that it was able to move about in the oversized carton which contained insufficient padding in the form of folded/twisted paper. As a result the cover sustained some damage.”

“Delivery VERY slow - was a week between ordering and being dispatched and another week to arrive - given that other companies deliver by royal mail I've never had to wait as long - delivery advice is 4-9 days on site!!!!! Would have to be an amazing deal to use them again”
