“I ordered a Christmas present on 6th December which I was told would take up to 8 working days. I had no communication about it until after that date when I checked and discovered it had not been dispatched. Making it too late to order it elsewhere. It arrived after Christmas. Some communication would have made it less frustrating. I don’t feel able to order from you again.”

“I ordered a moleskin diary on 3rd December 2021. It is now 5th January 2022 and I have still not received it. Do not order any thing from Wordery if you want it quickly!”

“My initial order of a 2022 Diary was promised before Christmas, when the order was made. I then received notice that the order would not be delivered until after the original date stated. You should not make promises over delivery dates if you cannot fulfill them. I chose to support an independent supplier rather than a major seller, but I am unlikely to do this again.”

“Love the puzzle, but it was a gift that took over 3 weeks to arrive and so couldn't be given for Christmas. I was originally told 6-9 days which would have been fine for Christmas. Not sure what happened with the delivery. Other things from wordery arrived quickly.”

“A Christmas present for my son: It arrived 29th December, a day after he returned to Leeds. Not a problem as I can now give it to him in March. It was clear that it wasn't dispatched until it was too late, despite giving you reasonable notice. I was hoping to switch to you from Amazon for obvious ethical reasons but your service is too slow. Sorry, was hoping for better.”
