“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an expensive book retail price £75 and The Wordery took my order, took the money from my credit card same day, detailed delivery date and that was it for 10 days! They have no customer services telephone number and now I know why, the line would be engaged 100% of the time with complaints. The only way to contact them is by email and they take at least 48 hours to get back to you. They responded to me informing me that the book was out of stock, yet the book I ordered was still being advertised on their web page as available for next day delivery and they actually denied it! The Wordery are accepting orders and taking payment for books they do not have in stock. They are flying by the seat of their pants and an extremely untrustworthy company, the worst company I have ever experienced in many years using online ordering. I ordered the same book from Amazon who delivered exactly as promised unlike The Wordery! No wonder customers return to Amazon again and again, no hassle ordering and delivery and if by any chance there is a problem Amazon sort it out immediately. Amazon have a superb Customer Services department who listen to customers, unlike The Wordery! Will NEVER order from Wordery again!”

“Do not use this company. I ordered books in November as a Christmas present for my husband. The first delivery never turned up so I emailed and was told that they were damaged in transit. Wordery said that they would send out another set of books. I received an email today to say that yet again the books have been "damaged beyond repair" and that it is up to me to contact the sender. Now the books won't arrive before Christmas and I have no book box set to give my husband.”

“The book which im gonna recommend you guys today is very engaging and very interesting book The content of this book is gonna make you fall in love with this book and you can not get over to this any where soon.The book about the content of the book, being a children's book it is a short read of about 40 pages. The book revolves around the story of Jack. Well the story is short and with a really cool plot but the other features are it has a really nice flow for children,Jack has a very active imagination. He loses his spoon under his couch one morning and is intrigued when his father tells him it's gone to "The Land of Forgotten". When he falls behind his couch looking for the spoon, it's a fight for his life to get it and make it back to the real world. Through clumps of hair, dust bunnies, boogies and toys, Jack has an epic adventure he's eager to share with his friends!The Land of Forgotten, we all have one, we've just forgotten that it's there.I am so happy after reading this, the book is loaded with pretty words and uplifting content. The children will be able to learn and inculcate some very authentic and important values which will benefit them throughout their life. The author has used very delicate language and has carefully presented all the aspects keeping in mind the readers. I appreciate her efforts and magnificent ideology behind the book. With this review I believe the book will reach maximum people and will spread positivity and goodness. THIS IS A MUST-READ.Written very carefully, this book is something that will be a delight to read and I absolutely recommend you to read it.This book is definitely worth the purchase and worth the read.This is a must-have book that all the parents should introduce their children to. “I like this company. Have ordered hundreds of books from them over the years and yes, very occasionally orders get cancelled but the explanations and communication is always clear. Books arrive neatly and securely packaged. Had an issue this time because my book got lost in the post but their customer services just sent another one no problem. Good people. Good range. Good prices. All good!”

“I had bad experience with using Wordery back in the summer but as they were one of only two people that had a particular title in stock, I thought I'd give them another go. It is a mistake that I will not be repeating again. I ordered the book, followed the website's instructions, gave them my contact details and payment details, etc. All filled in in the correct manner. The order went through correctly and I received a confirmation email. You can imagine my consternation when the following morning I receive an email to tell me that Wordery have cancelled my order! The reasons they gave? Apparently my order had breached their terms of use and terms of sale! This is absolutely ridiculous, all I did was order a book for myself, following the instructions on their website. How can this be in breach of terms of use or sale. I really didn't appreciate the wording of the email, either. It made me feel like I'd done something illegal or criminal. When I checked the website, I saw the book I ordered was out of stock. So, what I imagine happened was, the book was out of stock when I ordered it and they hadn't bothered to update their website. So, to save face, rather then send me an email to say, "Sorry, the book is out of stock. We made a mistake", they sent me this other email instead, trying to turn the error on to me the customer! I think this is an absolutely appalling way to treat customers. But I'm not surprised, because this is exactly the same attitude I had the last time I used them. They made up lies and wouldn't apologise or admit they'd made a mistake. When I emailed them asking them what was going on and telling them I didn't appreciate the tone of their email, they haven't bothered to respond, even though they're supposed to respond in 24 hours. They are supposed to have refunded me my money. I just hope I get my money back. Wordery are completely and totally unprofessional. Go somewhere else!”

“Thank you for your excellent speedy service and very quick delivery. The book : 'Van Gogh - The Complete Paintings' looks fantastic. The reproductions of the paintings are superb and the text is very informative and reads well, though I've only read a small amount so far. A superb book, at a great price for such a beautiful and comprehensive book, and well worth buying especially if like me you are a real Van Gogh fan. I have many V. Gogh books including 'The Complete Letters of Vincent Van Gogh' (Thames & Hudson 1958) but I have never before seen a book with the Complete Paintings - all 871 of them! It will be good to read this new book in conjunction with the Letters. NB there is slight damage to the corner of the hard cover, like it's been stubbed against a hard surface. It's a shame but not really a problem.”

“I read this book a few months ago and could not put it down, it is such a gripping story. Holly Black is by far a very talented writer. I was worried about reading as I read her books have to much sexual scenes, swearing and drinking, however There is no actual sex in the book only that but 2 characters are in bed together. In the book there is no sex graphic details only kissing. There is some swearing which does not bother me although seems un needed. I did enjoy the book though. A modern fantasy fairy story, could be enjoyed by young adults or even adults.”

“Eric Shaban book is an absolute disgrace. This man demeaned me and mentally abused me for over 20 years. He is a sick and evil human and the fact his has a book of "God" is comical. I've never been happier since he was fired from my organization. Good riddance to a sick and evil individual.”
