“I have only given Wordery 2/5 as it took 2 months for my item to arrive. I must say, in their defence, that any correspondence with them was replied to swiftly. My main issue was that I was not informed as to why the item that I ordered took so long to arrive.”

“The books took 10 days to arrive, not the 3-5 the website suggested so they weren’t there in time to give as presents. Also 1 book was quite badly bent when they did finally turn up.”

“Good price but really slow delivery - ordered on 11th, dispatched on 12th, arrived 24th so too late for the birthday it was a gift for! Wouldn’t use again in a hurry”

“I ordered two books on different dates and one of them came with a delay but in good condition as It was well packaged in a turdy box. 'The One Ring, Rivendell' arrived on time but, it came packaged in a bubble lined envelope that did not fulfilled its function as the corners of the book were damaged.”

“I ordered my calendar on the 21st December, in plenty of time for it to arrive for the new year & it was expected to be delivered for the 1st January, however it didn't arrive until two weeks later. I'm disappointed in the service and had no acknowledgment of the delay so I would've expected a partial refund”

“Ordered and paid for several books well in advance of christmas. Told with far to little notice that one of them was held up and wouldn't make it for the holiday. Too late to come up with another gift.”

“The book itself was good and so was the price. However, I ordered it on 4th December as a Christmas present and did not receive it until 12th January. I was disappointed with the delay given that the book was a gift and that is the only reason for this poor review.”
